Since the film is a product of the film maker's vision, the entire project requires the use of research, analysis, and critical thinking skills. The steps of movie making involve forming an idea, writing a script, developing a storyboard, casting, determining locations, filming, and post-production (NYFA, n.d.). In the classroom, the teacher becomes the facilitator for students to work in groups to initiate the movie making process through brainstorming and eventually assigning student roles for the project (Huerta, 2014). Spencer via Thinglink An explanation of the Fishbowl Strategy may be found on the interactive Thinglink tool in this blog post. The Thinglink has the "What," Why," and "How" of the strategy shared in the interactive media links.  The "What" shares the description of the Fishbowl Strategy and a one-page strategy description. The "Why" gives the reason for using the Fishbowl Strategy and a link to research evidence for the technique. The "How" contains a discussion of the Fishbowl Strategy and the use of Neapod. The tech tool that can be paired with the Fishbowl Strategy is Nearpod. Both the use of Nearpod and the discussion technique can give students ownership of their own learning and help students to become expert learners. The Fishbowl Strategy is a discussion technique for the classroom which has the potential to motivate the students who are outside of the fishbowl discussion and to increase the intensity of the students who are inside the fishbowl discussion group. Digital poetry merges with other forms of literature and art such as hypertext fiction, performance poetry, and sound poetry. It allows poets to express their ideas using other mediums such as sound, images, movement, video, and words (Heick, 2012). Digital poetry combines technology, and poetry along with multiple media elements.  Digital poetry blends creativity and technology by allowing students to express their learning through poetry and video (Fingal, 2021). Digital poetry may be used in all content areas and it is a way to build students’ literacy skills .
